• Maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow students
• Not share login credentials or course materials with others
• Use the platform for educational purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 CTL Content

All course content, materials, and curriculum developed by CTL remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal educational purposes.

5.2 Student Work

You retain ownership of work you create during courses. However, you grant CTL a non-exclusive license to use your work for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate attribution.

6. Certification

6.1 Certificate Requirements

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements:

• Completion of all modules and assignments
• Minimum attendance requirement for live sessions
• Successful completion of final assessments
• Payment of all course fees

6.2 Certificate Validity

Certificates indicate completion of CTL courses and do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes. They serve as validation of skills acquired during the course.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing or selling course materials without authorization
• Using automated tools to access the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's functionality
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Technical Requirements

10. Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTL, its instructors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

13. Termination

13.1 By Student

You may terminate your enrollment at any time, subject to our Refund Policy. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked.

13.2 By CTL

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Good Faith Negotiation

In the event of a dispute, we first encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
